CORD’s Work Readiness and Preparation (WRAP) offers pre-employment skills training to youths with disabilities ages 14 – 21 who are in high school or college. Check out the schedule below. Learn about appropriate communication skills and techniques; interacting with coworkers, supervisors and customers; workplace behaviors and more. Learn what is expected of you at work and how to get along with others.

Learn how to identify educational and professional goals and how to create a roadmap to achieve them.

Learn about college applications, financial aid, and reasonable accommodations: high school vs. college.
