Eligibility Requirements
Must be between the ages of 14-21
Must have a documented disability
Must be enrolled in high school or college/training program
CORD can help your teen answer the following questions:
What career do I want to pursue after high school or college?
How do I know what I’m good at?
What soft skills do I need before I can pursue the career of my choice?
What are my education options after high school?
What do I need to do to get into the college of my choice?
